Are there any paypal transfer sellers that would make a deal with me?

Is there anyone that is selling paypal transfers that is willing to make a deal such as you send me the first transfer for free and then I will pay you after that for the second transfer ? I might want to just ask you some questions about how these transfers actually work too since I have never purchased them before. But I just thought I would ask you about giving the first transfer for free since there are a high number of scams in the marketplace recently that I keep hearing about where the transfer is either never sent at all or the merchant just takes the money first but provides no service.


I also might be interested in buying a PayPal account from you too (just any kind of account that is just an empty account with no balance). So if you are any kind of merchant selling what I just asked about, you can just reply directly to this topic or send me a private message on this website and we can figure out the details later. I actually prefer to be contacted on Telegram or Skype so maybe you can just send me your contact details for either of those programs too? Or we can just use any other instant messaging program if you use something else, thanks.
