Joycity is celebrating the scorching heat of the summer sun with a series of blazing updates within Gunship Battle: Total Warfare, adding a tower defence element to the game in the form of the new Fortress content among other updates.

The Alliance-based PvP content Elysium, for instance, lets you duke it out with other players in thrilling co-op without any unfair advantages for paying players. All units and loadouts are predetermined, so waypoint acquisition becomes a simple matter of who has the best skills and strategy rather than any pay-to-win perks.

The latest update to Gunship Battle: Total Warfare also adds an expansion to the fan-favourite Fortress feature to the list of goodies you can look forward to within the game. In particular, there are now more levels that will put your skills to the test, with more terrain types to challenge and more jets you can unlock.
