Following yesterday’s announcement of both
Resident Evil 7 biohazard () and
Resident Evil 2 Remake for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, pre-orders for the former have gone live on the App Store.
Resident Evil 7 biohazard will launch as a free to try release on iPhone 15 Pro (and Pro Max), and iPad and Mac with M1 and later hardware. The full game unlock will cost $19.99 with an additional $19.99 purchase to upgrade it to the Gold Edition with all DLC.

Resident Evil 2 Remake will be arriving in the future.
Resident Evil 7 biohazard was a turning point for Capcom in my view because of how good it was compared to the most recent entries in the series at the time, and also how amazing it was in VR when I tried it on PSVR. I can’t wait to see how
Resident Evil 7 biohazard ends up on iPhone 15 Pro and macOS. I’ll be covering it soon.
