Under Peru’s revised regulatory framework, which came into effect in February 2024, all operators, platforms, game providers and technical suppliers must obtain certification by January 1, 2025, to legally operate in the market. SOFTSWISS obtained this certification through GLI, an accredited testing laboratory, ensuring that its product complies with all technical and legal requirements set by the Peruvian authorities.
